Performance Culture vs Software

The main telltale is whether the CEO agrees to meet the software or performance training/consulting providers. Interest in performance management has increased markedly since the start of 07. There seem to be two distinct camps of enquiry. On one hand, a lot of HR professionals are searching for performance management software. On the other, many are searching for a solution to help create a performance culture, whether this involves software or not.
